Inspired by this passion, Esther founded Afro Cultural Network to create a platform that celebrates and promotes the many dimensions of African life. Her vision is to showcase Africa's vibrant cultures through fashion, music, history, politics, traditions, entrepreneurship, and community stories while fostering greater understanding and appreciation of African heritage. She is deeply committed to cultural research, education, and preserving the stories that shape African identity for future generations.

Esther firmly believes that Africa's greatest asset is its young people, with the continent home to the world's largest youth population. This conviction drives her continuous research into ways of inspiring, mentoring, and empowering young Africans to reach their full potential. Much of her charitable work is dedicated to supporting young people of African descent through education, leadership development, and community engagement. Academically, Esther studied Geology, specializing in Engineering Geology, and worked for several years in the geotechnical and construction sectors. She is currently engaged in academic research in Geochemistry and Mineralogy at Birkbeck, University of London, while pursuing her long-term research interests in the geological prospecting of the sedimentary basins of West Africa.
